Deposit would have to go to an account in their name if they are getting the refund, it can no longer go to an account with parent name only. Did you elect to have TT fees taken from the refund, then contact SBPTG.
I can not see the return so it is difficult for me to see who's return it is and what you elected.
The bank rep would not see the rejection as it is at the higher level...
