I agree wholeheartedly, I just called back and got another rep who gave me a totally different story. He claims I do not need to worry about a paper check because my refund will be issued on the 26th via direct deposit and that it was not a bank issue, the 5 day early refund was just canceled for some unknown reason. We will see I suppose. Not using TT next year that's for sure. It is always something with them.
