Same boat. I was approved in the 28 and where’s my refund still says it can’t give me info. I called the IRS and they said I should be getting a letter. It needs more verification that it is me in deed filing the return. They said if I don’t receive the letter by the 28th I got a call them back so they can send out a new one. This is absolutely insane.
