I get it you work for turbo but that doesn't make any sense. It seems like the blame game. None of that applies to me. To add turbo needs to understand this is people lives here. I spoke with someone is they couldn't tell me anything. I never had one problem before. Been over 21 days. Whomever responsible for it. Someone dropped the ball, and not the taxpayers expense
