Can I request a refund, as a promo was not applied at checkout?
I received a promo for free federal and state, called customer service and was told it should have be automatically applied. I was on the phone for 40 minutes and then I was told the best that could be done was a 10% discount- even thought the discount should have worked and the promotion was acknowledge by the customer service agent.
