My refund was listed as 529 with Turbo. I got 151 back. Where is the rest of my funds? The IRS said Turbo did something wrong?

This is for my federal tax return. The IRS deducted hundreds saying Turbo calculated incorrectly. Please help, this is very frustrating and makes me not want to use this software again.
