Per the PATH act the irs cannot release eitc or ACTC related refunds before mid February, that would be the 15th. The 15th is a Saturday, normally it would be the following Monday the 17th but that's a Federal holiday so no ach transfers so you'll have to wait till Tuesday the 18th for the 1st eitc refunds to be issued.
