This is exactly what happened to me. I was accepted on January 22nd, and got an email on Feb 4th that "my refund was on the way", with a link to "find out when I'll receive my refund". I know people say to believe the IRS website, but so many people have already received their refund, even though the IRS website says "received". So, I contacted TurboTax on the phone. Spoke with a resolution agent, who said I should see my deposit by the 18th of February. He said technically, the IRS doesn't open up until the 27th, and any E- files will be sent out after that day. So if it says accepted on the TT website, add 21 days from January 27th, if it was accepted before that date. It's literally pure insanity. I genuinely hope TT is accurate.
