I'm almost right there with you.
I've got 2 more 2024 tax returns to do, and I'll likely do them with this same glitchy TurboTax software, since I've already paid for the Premier Desktop version that permits 5 federal tax returns from the one purchase.
I have been using TurboTax since it was first introduced decades ago! I agree with you: it is now a thrown-together, shoddy, very poorly supported (or rather UNSUPPORTED) product. It's lousy! Just look at all of us here who have complained about it ... and with zero results from TurboTax!
Next year, I will purchase H&R Block software right off the bat. I'm not even going to give TurboTax a try after all of my 2024 tax returns are done.

If you think about it as you're completing your remaining 2024 returns, it'd be really nice if you'd give us a shout over here and let us know what you think of their product.
