Thanks Vicki but I don't think this is the problem I already saved the file and transmitted it to the IRS with no problem. I just can't print the file or save a PDF. When I go to my file folder I can see the tax file that was created. I tried to open it as a PDF but it would not open as a PDF. It will only open up and go straight to the turbotax program.
