My refund was to be direct deposited but my account was closed. I paid my fees with my refund so turbo tax received the refund & when it couldn't deposit sent a letter telling me it will be mailed. It's been a week & im asking for a tracking number or someone at turbo tax to verify if it's been delivered yet in case it was thrown away. When I called they were clueless.
