TurboTax Specialist explained that all TurboTax returns are only saved on a laptop hard drive, and not in the cloud, which is why it did not appear on the TurboTax app. She showed me how to open my TurboTax file using the TurboTax app and then 'Save As' the file again on my hard drive. She did a great job helping me locate my lost TurboTax file and guiding me on opening it up.!
