Not necessarily. It might just take longer time. Here are the updates from IRS:
According to IRS, to receive a refund, it should take around 21 days after the e-file has been accepted. (not from the e-filing date). Please check TurboTax Refund Tracker and https://www.irs.gov/refunds. If it has taken longer than that, you might want to contact IRS. However, please review the first article below before you call IRS Telephone Assistance for Individuals: 1-800-829-1040
