I’ve literally been getting the run around same thing as you! I was told to contact tt and the first guy could not even co pretend what I was trying to ask him, then hung up on me. And then credit karma said they have nothing to do with it and to call tt and then tt said to call CK so I have no idea what to do. They hire people that just don’t know how to look for stuff. I’m irritated because they have the refund going to the credit karma account
