Same boat! I used a different account this year, filed 02/01 8:30 AM. It might take 72 hours not 48 :/, it got rejected 02/04 10:56AM. I forgot to include my IP Pin. Unsure if I have to wait ANOTHER 72 hours as I did not receive an email of return on hold, but nothings been accepted or rejected yet. As my return would get accepted almost immediately every year.
