I had the same issue with a Vanguard 1099-DIV that TurboTax imported
wrong stuff (off the correct form) using Deluxe. I called Vanguard to confirm, and they
felt it was a TurboTax issue.
- Deleted the form TurboTax imported from Vanguard
- I manually entered two lines of numbers
- and everything was fixed.
