I'm not sure why you would answer about EIC when we are obviously talking about tax advance! I have seen this a lot on here and it is really starting to make me mad, because IT IS VERY OBVIOUS THAT TURBO TAX DOES NOT GIVE A **bleep** ABOUT OUR CONCERNS OR WHAT WE ARE SAYING!
I still have not heard anything on my advance and you will NEVER have to worry about me as customer again! I will definitely be telling EVERYONE I know not to trust your services. This is the worst experience I have had with a company in my lifetime, which is saying something. Intuit needs to think about their products and that they are connected! I will be pulling my credit karma as well as turbotax from this year on.
