I've been waiting for my refund advance since the 16th when my efile was accepted by the IRS. Prior years have been so easy with no complications, but this year 😠. My CK account said that my money was deposited and would be released the next day. Well the next day came and that info disappeared and it only said pending. I called TT and they said they couldn't see anything, to call CK. Called CK and they said to call TT since their system says that my filing says "incomplete." I called TT again and got nowhere. I called the bank that TT is using this year and all I could get out of them was that they could see my application but that it was still in underwriting and did not know how long it would take. At this rate I'll get my actual refund before they get it together. Seriously disappointed and will not be using them next year, which is sad since I've beeen using them since 2015.
