After you file
They are claiming that what was reported on the tax return does not match the amount reported to them on your 1099-B. You'll need to figure out what the total amount reported on the 1099-B is and the total on the tax return is and see if there is a difference. Then, if there is, you'll need to find it. If there is not then you need to let the IRS know that there is a mistake on the CP2057 that you received.
The IRS will never contact you by email so you can't get a pdf of the notice from them. You will have to scan the paper copy in order to get a pdf copy.
