The answer depends on what refund you are looking for. The IRS has published an update that taxpayers claiming the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) or Additional Child Tax Credit (ACTC) can expect their refund by March 3. If you are claiming one of those credits and looking for your federal refund, that could be the reason you do not have an estimated date of refund.
