This (File causing a system crash) is a different problem and is covered in multiple posts of similar problems over the years. You can search it on this site, or you can Google it for possible solutions. I don’t know if anybody provided a workable solution or not. This thread, and the workaround solution I provided, is for a “Cannot Print from TurboTax” problem.
