I did my tax return the same as I've done every year the past 5 years, to my Credit Karma account so I can get the advance. I filled the papers out agreeing to everything after I finished the tax part, per usual. But I have yet to get a denial email or my tax advance. It doesn't make any sense at all. But I will say I'm never using TurboTax again. They can't give me an answer to anything, and now they aren't giving me my advance that I depend on as a single mom of 3. So I have no reason to use them anymore. I don't know why they decided to change stuff all of a sudden but they definitely didn't tell anyone they changed things before they used them. Which is messed up. If they are going to deny people, they should at least tell us instead of having us sitting wondering.
