I was an international student in 2018, and I didn't work that year, so I wasn't required to file taxes. The copies that IDOR mailed me have the accountant's information, EIN number, etc., but both my ex-husband's and my signature sections are empty—no signatures, no codes—on both the IL Form and IRS page. I just want to find out if I signed for 2018 or not, so I can proceed with a solution. As an international student, I didn't know much about the U.S. tax system.
