Last year, the IRS took my return because of student loans debt. At the very beginning of 2017, I started college full-time and I've applied for academic forgiveness and have begun the rehabilitation program to get my loans out of default. So, will I get my refund since I am paying on my loans? Or will the IRS take it again?
