Had the same issue but now today at 6:43pm I have a blurb on my turbo tax page that shows ur return amounts that’s says “your refund advance was not approved, the lender did not approve” now how I got it last year and the year before idk this year has been completely different and I am done with Turbo tax for next year. I still don’t have an email from anyone saying I wasn’t approved LOL
