Don't listen to the tax lady. I think it's a turbo tax glitch. I've cried too. It's so frustrating when I could've gone somewhere else. I called credit karma, turbo tax and they say First Century Bank will tell you why you're not eligible in an email. The email never comes and the bank site says do not contact about turbo tax advance. I check all the boxes for edible so tax lady is wrong. They didn't change them and not say. There's a lit of boxes to check and I meet the requirements AND had the option of an advance and still didn't work.
