I had the same thing happen to me it didn’t even give me the option to have the fees taken out of my federal return. I called and they got someone on that finally got it working for me I went through the process. I have waited and waited for my advance and nothing. I called yesterday they said that I was approved for the refund advance so today I got ahold of credit karma to see what was going on and they said that the application wasnt completed started but not completed so I called turbo tax back and they can’t give me answers. Said maybe I was denied. I am going to call again when I get off because I called credit karma and they said I was not denied the application wasn’t completed.
