I created a new account with a different email. I refilled everything out and it still didn't give the option for the refund advance at the end. But this morning I tried it again on my new account and the option was finally there. Not a different server or anything else different. Only thing that worked was persistence and keep trying like an insane person. Cause I tried more times than anyone normally would but hearing others say they finally got the option after trying many times, I had some hope. When it finally showed up there was the no thanks option under the 2 choices of 5 day early or direct deposit. I clicked no thanks and it took me to the refund advance option. All the other times there wasn't a no thanks option. So if you get the no thanks option click it. Good luck
