After you file
It seems like alot of people are having this issue..turbotax needs to look into this..the same thing happened to me but I've already filed.. I assumed they may have changed the process for the refund advance. Safe to say I've used turbotax for the past 4 years I will not be using their services going forward, it seems they are not transparent I'm sure they were aware most people did not receivethe refund advance option.
