Yup pretty much the same story I got as well. TT rep said that when we got the "congrats your approved" msg when we filed and selected refund advance, it didn't mean we were approved because it is just a "pre-approval". The bank that approves the advance can turn around and deny it. I call BS too because that was not the case last year and it doesn't say that anywhere to my knowledge in the fine print. So idk at this point. Something's up and I don't like any part of it. We deserve some sort of clarity and better communication from TT. This is officially my last year using them as well.
