only reason I used turbo tax instead of hr block whom I’ve used every year was for the refund advance. I made sure to read and understand how it worked. On one platform I read you have to use credit karma account for payout and it’s available after the irs is accepting returns. When I went to check out the option was not there I refreshed and checked my actions over and there was no option for an advance. This is false advertising and after reading so many other reviews I’m realizing this year it has been a problem for many people.
