Okay so I waited 4 more hours called back to credit karma the lady said same thing “initiated but incomplete”. So I called TurboTax back. One of the lady’s at TurboTax said that she heard from the higher ups that there was some kind of issues with the distribution part of the advance but said everything should be fixed and we should have our money by the 29th and if not to get ahold of TurboTax again idk I felt like she was sincere but a part of me felt like she was just telling me that to get off the phone. But she did say someone else called in with the same issue and that’s what one of the hire ups saidz! I’m gonna learn more patience and wait till the 29th then call back!
