So I literally went through the same thing today. I filed Sunday morning 1/26 at 5:45 am. Today Monday 1/27 around 2:36pm I received an email from TurboTax stated my federal was accepted by the IRS. Last year I got in within minutes! This year I haven’t gotten anything pertaining to the advance. I waited 2-3 hours called turbo and they said on their end I applied and I completed the process and application to call credit karma. So I called credit karma and they said they see I attempted to apply for it, but my application is in complete call turbo tax. Called TurboTax back and they said the same as the did first time I called. Smh
