agree and 100%, I jus spent hours on my taxes with them because of the refund loan and same as you. Also already have credit Karma account, on the phone with them for an hour and a half combing through every single tiny qualifier and I have all of them, then there were two guys trying to figure out and saying oh well if it doesn't give you the option then whatever banks are doing it just aren't offering it to you and if there's no option then you're not eligible! I said rigghhhttt, BS, I want a real answer. I 3rd grader can figure out how to code a program to have that option on the choice screen and maybe just have it grayed out if not qualified or hell, even just let you know once you hit on something that disqualifies you... I need this money to keep a roof over my daughter's head and to keep my car!!! not COOL, I hope they get swamped sooooo bad with phone calls all night long that someone has it fixed by morning! the company is big enough that it can be fixed pretty quickly and if they can't do that, then they better pay more and hire some kids out of college or fricking high school who know what the hell they're doing. I'm soooo angry!! I did not click transmit yet though and I do not want to go through it all on hr block so I'm praying they fix it by tomorrow or I"m looking for other places who are outside the whole picture that are doing refund loans once you show an approval!!
