Yes, Youtubers (and other business owners) will pay the federal balance due shown within TurboTax for 2025 and also make quarterly tax payments for 2025. However, if the quarterly tax payments are made in full for 2025 there shouldn't be a balance due when the 2025 tax return is filed so going forward it will just be the quarterly payments.
