All income from one employer is reported on one W-2 form. The W-2 Form will report all income earned from your employer, taxes withheld, and benefits received for the year. If you feel the information on your W-2 is incorrect you will need to contact your employer to have a corrected W-2 issued. You will receive multiple W-2s if you worked for multiple employers during the year. The deadline for an employer to mail or provide the W-2 to the employee is January 31.
