Same here. I filled with TurboTax this year and it said I was approved for the advanced . Only 250,but still. Opened a credit karma spend account and figured once I was accepted I'd see the money. It's been a week now and I contacted TurboTax and they pawned me off to credit karma. Credit karma says TurboTax. I made a complaint with quickbook and their response was to contact the US site. I will never use TurboTax again.
