After you file
There is no way to add such documentation in TurboTax. Those instructions are probably assuming that you are printing and mailing your return. Don't do that.
Instead, just e-file your return with TurboTax, then, if the IRS is really interested in documentation, they will write you a letter asking for it. The IRS is swimming in paper, so they will ask for it only if they really want it.
