After you file
Click on Deductions & Credits at the top.
On the next screen, pick I'll choose what I work on. The next screen shows a listing of topics, and you can go directly to the place you want to enter your info.
In TurboTax Online, in the left-side menu under FEDERAL, click on Deductions & Credits.
You can scroll down to the topic you want to use.
