Yeah it’s extremely frustrating. It’s working for a lot people so I don’t understand. It may be some type of glitch. For 3 days I kept trying constantly refreshing and redoing, finally I was able to chose the advance. I called them and they said to wait til irs is open but it’s definitely not that.
