can i add and file an ohio state tax return via the turbo "desktop version" for 2021 using my previously filed and accepted tax return info with turbo for 2021?

the only return i need to file is an ohio state tax return, i do not want to re-input all my w-2's and w-2g's again. when will the on-line link be available and working for 2022 and 2023?
