Nope. I just tried to reinstall state program for 2020 after reinstalling Fed program from disk (back when they sold disks). I could not download state (even though I paid for it) and have since received advice from community that this is no longer feasible.
I'm still within the statute of limits for amending my 2020 state return and I can no longer use the software used to prepare it. The only advice I get is to prepare a manual amended return which is frankly ridiculous for a complicated return. This is why I purchased the software in the first place.
