Is the Elderly or Disabled Credit ONLY for filers who turned 65 in 2024, not for filers who turned 65 in a prior year? Did I claim it in any prior applicable year?

I was 67 in 2024 and disabled as of 2001, but the help section for that credit seems to be saying I'm not eligible for the credit in 2024, is that correct? I don't recall ever having heard of this credit before, so probably haven't claimed it in any past year.
