After you file

First you have to find the 2015 return.  Are you sure it was prepared Online?  If so, I'll tell you how to troubleshoot accounts below.  Then once you find it, and if access is locked, then since you paid for the download version, you'll have to phone TurboTax Support, tell them of your Deluxe purchase, and ask them to unlock the Online account.    I'll tell you how to reach them at the end of the answer below.
