Turbotax is saying i didn't file 2023 tax yet i know i paid (see screenshot below). When i check the documents i don't see the 1040 file, only the filed tax extension which basically says nothing and has line item 8 checked for some reason. I looked at my 2022 tax documents for reference and that file doesn't have line 8 and has line 4 to 7 populated. How can i find out my refund amount? I tried to download turbotax 2023 desktop and it's saying i have to pay. I don't see how i should have to given i already paid for turbotax online and quite frankly it's not my fault this issue is happening. Is there another way for me to find my refund details?
