Should I submit amended Tax returns for 2016, as 2016 Amended Form 1099 issued on 1/3/2018 showing 142$ lesser amount than the one issued in 2017.

Should I submit amended Tax returns for 2016, as 2016 Amended Form 1099 issued on 1/3/2018 showing 142$ lesser amount than the one issued in 2017.
I am not interested in the refund of 3 or 4 dollars for the hastle it takes
