I was hoping not to do that again it took a month of basically waiting on hold and told to call back another time just to be told that even though I proved my identity they weren't authorized to change my account info and they would send a paper check which absolutely does not help me because I have no physical bank to go to all I have is my prepaid card through my employer just wanted to get my money now I have to deal with them again..Thank you though
