My card had expired before I called irs to verify my identity when we got to the end and the part where they were going to go ahead and send my refund my current account info didn't match what I had on my tax return and a paper check is useless to me since I get a prepaid card from my employer and have no bank to go to . They are not authorized to enter new acct info or so they say just want to know how to fix it and get my money
