I found a partial answer via Help, but am still confused about whether or not my self employment taxes were taken care of when filing my Home and Business returns.

The amount was calculated on my 1040 using TurboTax Home & Business. It's unclear to me as to whether or not this was deducted from my refund, or if I need to go to irs.gov and pay for 2016.
