My direct deposit had a number transposed, so Green Dot said they sent the refund back to the IRS, the IRS did an investigation (this took several months) and finally said they never received anything and to contact Green Dot. So back I go to Green Dot I guess. Hey Intuit, why don't you manage this process? It would be a lot easier to call you.
